Starters
Goats fromage frais with smoked marrow salad and glazed small Swedish beet roots.
Lobster and carrot bisque flavoured with Påske Bock and served with mussels.(*)
Beef gravad with beer served with quince marmalade, pickled parsnip and horseradish.
Mains
2 kinds of jolly pork – beer braised and roasted, served with pure of Jerusalem artichokes, glazed root vegetables and home pickled wild garlic caper.
Fish of the day served with cabbage, lumpfish roe and beer beurre blanc.(*)
